Does your packaging comply with California cannabis laws?
Yes. California cannabis laws are a little bit confusing at times. Right now, what is being called a legal package is one that is typically opaque, has no windows, and has a child-resistant type of a seal on it. Some of ours are certified and some of them are not certified but still work as child-resistant packaging. Stand-up zipper pouches typically can be child-resistant without a tear notch in them. We sell those as well bags that don't stand up but have a similar high barrier. They come in multiple colors and shapes, as do our stand-up zipper pouches, and they are child-resistant. We also have a child-proof bag that certified and coming within the next 45 days.
