Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we do offer free samples, but you are required to sign into your account or to create an account to submit the sample request. To access your account or create a new account, please click Login/Register in the top right corner of the ClearBags website or by using this link: https://www.clearbags.com/sample.

Unfortunately, you can't request samples of certain products including Temp Items, Heat Sealers, Mats, Backing, and a few other items.

How many samples can I get?

You can currently request a maximum of 3 free product samples without a qualifying transaction. As mentioned above, there are a few products that you can't request samples of; including Temp Items, Heat Sealers, Mats, and Backing.

How are samples sent?

Samples are sent out via USPS.

Do I have to pay for shipping my sample product?

For a request within the normal quantity limits and with standard shipping, no. We will cover the cost of shipping so your sample is truly FREE.

Can I get samples overnighted or expedited?

Yes, if you are willing to pay for the expedited shipping or provide your UPS or FedEx account number.

Do you send samples outside of the US?

For mailing samples outside of the US, we do require that you provide your UPS or FedEx account number, or we can charge you the shipping cost.
