How do I return a product I no longer want?

If you decide you no longer need or want to keep a product and you ordered within the last 60 days, ClearBags will be happy to accept your return.

All returns should follow the process below:

  1. Call or email us with your return request: Phone: 800-233-2630 | Email: sales@clearbags.com
  2. Provide us with all the details of your order (e.g., order number, order date, items, etc.)
  3. State the reason for the return (e.g. No longer needed, Project Expired, Ordered wrong size, etc)
  4. Our representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization number and will email you a Return Authorization to include with your return.
  5. Upon receipt of your returned items, your credit card or account will be credited with the authorized amount within two business days.
