How do I return a product I no longer want?
If you decide you no longer need or want to keep a product and you ordered within the last 60 days, ClearBags will be happy to accept your return.
All returns should follow the process below:
- Call or email us with your return request: Phone: 800-233-2630 | Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide us with all the details of your order (e.g., order number, order date, items, etc.)
- State the reason for the return (e.g. No longer needed, Project Expired, Ordered wrong size, etc)
- Our representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization number and will email you a Return Authorization to include with your return.
- Upon receipt of your returned items, your credit card or account will be credited with the authorized amount within two business days.
