Is there an allotted time to unload our pallet orders when the driver arrives?
Yes, but it depends on the weight of your shipment.

Anytime beyond the allotted free time, you will be charged a minimum of $82. The final cost will be provided by the sales rep one the charge has been provided by the carrier.
